COVID-19

In light of the improving sanitary situation, we have decided to ease up on our sanitary restrictions and to facilitate our procedures.
Here are the measures which will be in effect as of February 21, 2022:

  1. Clients are now once again admitted inside the clinic;
  2. Sanitary measures must nonetheless be adhered to: hand disinfection upon arrival, wearing an appropriate face covering and social distancing;
  3. Anyone entering the clinic has to wear an appropriate face covering and keep it on correctly at all times or they must leave the premises;
  4. Anyone showing respiratory symptoms is refused access to the clinic;
  5. The maximum number of persons allowed inside the clinic at any one time is three (3) persons;
  6. Only one person can accompany an animal in the clinic;
  7. Animals coming for an exam or surgery are left with the receptionist at the front desk at the time that was specified when the appointment was taken;
  8. The animals are seen and/or treated by the veterinarian, after which the owner is called back to be informed of the situation and/or to schedule an appointment to pick up the animal;
  9. Clients are still encouraged to buy their food at our online store (the link [store] is the menu on every page) and to have the food delivered at home.

A big THANK YOU for your understanding.
