COVID-19

Here are the measures that are in effect at this time:

  1. Clients are admitted inside the clinic;
  2. Sanitary measures are encouraged: hand disinfection upon arrival, wearing an appropriate face covering and social distancing;
  3. The maximum number of persons allowed inside the clinic at any one time is five (5) persons;
  4. Anyone showing respiratory symptoms is refused access to the clinic;
  5. The exam rooms being too small, in order to protect both clients and employees, all animals coming for an exam or surgery are left with the receptionist at the front desk at the time that was specified when the appointment was taken. The veterinarian takes care of the animals one by one after which the owners are called back to be informed of the situation.

THANK YOU for your understanding.
